KS2 Class Teacher (Temporary) job summary

If you believe that you could contribute to a school which at its last inspection was recognised as good in all areas and has continued to improve, then we would welcome your application. We are looking to appoint a full-time teacher in KS2 (Year 6), temporary until 31st August 2022 to cover maternity leave, starting on Monday 21st February 2022. Broom Leys is a large primary school (590+ on roll), with three classes in each year group. Within each year group teachers work in teams, alongside expert Learning Support Assistants and Cover Supervisors (who provide PPA and other release time).

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
