What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an excellent and reflective classroom practitioner
  • Has strong knowledge of Autism and inclusive practice
  • Can create structured, low-arousal learning environments that support communication and regulation
  • Has experience adapting the EYFS and National Curriculum for pupils with SEND
  • Can work effectively with teaching assistants, therapists and families
  • Is committed to neuro‑affirming, inclusive approaches
  • Is excited by the opportunity to shape and develop a new provision

Experience in a specialist resource base, ARP or SEND provision would be highly advantageous.
