What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Is an excellent and reflective classroom practitioner
- Has strong knowledge of Autism and inclusive practice
- Can create structured, low-arousal learning environments that support communication and regulation
- Has experience adapting the EYFS and National Curriculum for pupils with SEND
- Can work effectively with teaching assistants, therapists and families
- Is committed to neuro‑affirming, inclusive approaches
- Is excited by the opportunity to shape and develop a new provision
Experience in a specialist resource base, ARP or SEND provision would be highly advantageous.
