What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- have highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- demonstrate excellent numeracy and literacy skills
- have experience or some understanding of children with varying needs and a positive attitude
- have strong IT skills
- Experience of working within an educational setting.
- GCSE Grade 4 or above (A – C), Level 2 or above in English and Maths or the equivalent.
