The Role

This is a varied and rewarding learning support assistant position working across both our mainstream provision and our specialist Hearing and Language Resource Base and Autism Resource Base.

You will:

  • Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs.
  • Deliver targeted interventions and small group support.
  • Support teaching and learning within our specialist resource hub.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN professionals and support staff.
  • Help pupils develop communication, social and emotional skills.

Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only (job share considered)

Interview Date: 29 September 2026

Contract: 11-month fixed-term contract (with potential extension subject to external funding)
