Learning Support Assistant job summary
We are looking for three new LSAs to join our team and support children with SEND in our Reception classes and our enhanced provision.
Are you enthusiastic, fun and energetic? Do you have lots of compassion and patience? Do you love to interact with children, supporting their learning and play?
Are you flexible and able to work on your own initiative as well as work well in a team and get stuck in?
If so, come and join our team of incredible practitioners delivering a broad, balanced and exciting curriculum! Join us and work alongside our dedicated and talented staff to nurture, teach and support our children at The Disraeli School.
Ideally, you will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have:
- Good GCSEs
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- A belief that behaviour is communication
- A genuine desire to make a difference to children’s lives
- A commitment to inclusion and celebrating diversity
- Good organisational skills
- Good rapport with children
