Nursery Learning Support Assistant job summary

Ideally, you will have a Level 3 Childcare Qualification and...

• Good GCSEs
• Good communication skills, both written and oral
• A ‘can do’ attitude
• A belief that behaviour is communication
• A genuine desire to make a difference to children’s lives
• A commitment to inclusion and celebrating diversity
• Good organisational skills
• Good rapport with children
