Learning Support Assistant
Grade/salary: TA Scale 3 (pts 7-17), £17,593 - £20,936
Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only + 5 days
Contract: permanent

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant (TA3) to join a forward thinking team, who are dedicated to supporting our children in reaching their potential. You will have the opportunity to grow professionally, develop teaching and wider professional skills and make a huge contribution to the ever-growing success and reputation of our academy. Candidates of all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
You will be able to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for supporting pupils through a variety of strategies and scaffolding their learning in order for them to make accelerated progress. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes and monitoring students and assessing, recording and reporting on students’ achievement, progress and development.
