Learning Support Assistant - SGS Berkeley Green UTC
Salary: up to £25,583 FTE (actual salary £22,201 for term time only working)
Contract Term: Permanent: Full time - 37 hours. Flexible working considered for the right candidate.

We are seeking an exceptional Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about helping students overcome barriers to learning and fulfil their potential. - Champion the success and wellbeing of students with additional learning needs
- Work alongside teachers to remove barriers to learning and achievement
- Deliver effective one-to-one and small-group interventions
- Develop students' confidence, independence, and self-belief
- Support the development of literacy skills that enable students to access the wider curriculum
- Help students achieve qualifications that open doors to future opportunities
