- Be able to support staff in their team ,where needed, through CPD, professional dialogue and training.
- Be able to plan provision according to the needs of all children.
- Have the children’s needs at the heart of everything they do.
- Have high expectations of all children.
- Deliver the curriculum in an inspirational way.
- Be a reflective practitioner
- Be a key person to a group of children
- Monitor key children’s progress to ensure they reach developmental targets, liaising with the wider school team about any concerns.
- Support children’s learning and development through play.

- Work effectively with parents to promote children’s learning.
