Teaching Assistant - Level 3 job summary

We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our high performing Teaching Assistant Team at St Aldhelm’s Academy. Enthusiasm, passion and a good sense of humour is essential as is a high level of resilience and personal commitment. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent Maths and English skills – equivalent to GCSE grade C or above. Previous experience in a school setting would be beneficial but is not essential, however the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate that they can engage with young people and build positive relationships. This post is for a start date of September 2024.
