School Lunchtimes are an important part of the school day and we are seeking to appoint 2 enthusiastic lunchtime supervisors who are committed to supporting our learners and colleagues.
The successful candidates will be responsible for leading play activities and ensuring a safe and fun environment for our learners. You will ensure diligence to their health and welfare at all times and be responsible for supervising learners while they eat, and while they are in the playground, and other areas of the academy grounds. You will be assisting with feeding during lunchtime, assisting with keeping the dining halls clean, encouraging, and promoting good behaviours, being a positive role model for the learners and actively promoting inclusive play.
Ideally candidates must have flexibility with the working hours as times may need to be changed based on the academy and learners needs.
The ideal candidates will have:
- a passion and commitment to supporting and caring for children and young people.
- good communication skills.
- enthusiasm, commitment, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
