About the Role
We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our school team. You will play an important role in ensuring pupils enjoy a safe, positive and well‑organised lunchtime experience, supporting their wellbeing and helping to create a calm, friendly environment.
This is a rewarding position for someone who enjoys working with children and contributing to the wider life of the school.

Birchensale Middle School, part of the Bordesley MAT, working closely with Trinity High School, Woodfeild Academy (middle school) and Holyoakes First School in a very localised MAT focusing on the development of children in Redditch.
