What skills and experience we're looking for
Nunthorpe Primary Academy Governors are seeking to appoint a friendly, reliable, and caring Lunchtime Supervisor to join our dedicated lunchtime team.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure pupils enjoy a safe, happy, and well-supervised lunchtime.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11.30am – 1.15pm Term Time Only
Salary: £12.65 per hour
Actual pro rata salary: £4,902.74
Contract: Permanent
The Role The role involves supervising pupils during the lunchtime period, both in the dining hall and on the playground. Duties include supporting positive behaviour, encouraging good social skills, ensuring pupils’ safety, and responding appropriately to any issues that arise.
The post holder will work closely with other lunchtime supervisors and school staff as part of a supportive team. Additional Opportunity Please note that the school is also recruiting a Cleaner position working Monday to Friday from 3.00pm – 6.00pm.
This role may work particularly well alongside the Lunchtime Supervisor position for applicants seeking additional hours.
