About the Role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Midday Supervisor Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2026. You will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, happy, and inclusive environment where children can enjoy their lunch and play positively with their peers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during the lunchtime period.
  • Encourage healthy eating and good table manners.
  • Promote positive behaviour and support children in resolving minor conflicts.
  • Organise and lead play activities that are inclusive and engaging.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, following safeguarding procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff to maintain a calm and supportive lunchtime environment.
