About the Role

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and committed Midday Supervisor Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract until 31st August 2026. You will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, happy, and inclusive environment where children can enjoy their lunch and play positively with their peers.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise children in the dining hall, playground, and other areas during the lunchtime period.
Encourage healthy eating and good table manners.
Promote positive behaviour and support children in resolving minor conflicts.
Organise and lead play activities that are inclusive and engaging.
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, following safeguarding procedures.
Work collaboratively with other staff to maintain a calm and supportive lunchtime environment.
