Are you passionate about helping students achieve their potential? Our vibrant secondary school is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Music Support Assistant to make a real difference. What You’ll Do:

Supporting the setup of rehearsal spaces, equipment, music stands and technical resources
Provide support for music concerts and school productions
Help maintain and manage our musical instruments, equipment and technology, arranging repairs where required
Coordinate with our Head of Music and Peripatetic Teachers for timetabling one to one lessons and small group sessions
Help shape the musical life of the school by supporting whole school events
Prepare and organise sheet music for rehearsals and performances
Manage and develop our extensive music library and catalogue of scores
General administration work as directed by the Head of Music and teachers
Support the department with timetabling of lessons and registration of students to those lessons
Fostering confidence and independence in learners
Collaborating with teachers to create an inclusive environment for all students who wish to enhance or build on their music skills
