  • Are an excellent Early Years practitioner dedicated to child-centred learning, inclusive practice, and high expectations of children’s behaviour. You will deliver high-quality early education while maintaining a deeply secure and nurturing environment.
  • Can confidently lead and manage a large team of support staff, working collaboratively to establish high standards of achievement within a learning environment that reflects best practice in early years education.
  • Can plan and implement rich learning experiences, in line with the school curriculum, showing deep sensitivity towards children’s individual learning needs, styles and development.
  • Have excellent communication skills, creating an inclusive team environment where every staff member has a voice and feels empowered to contribute fully.
  • Can foster excellent working relationships with parents, carers and other professionals.

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and deeply committed Nursery Teacher to lead and inspire our dedicated team of support staff. In our nursery school, we look beyond surface actions. We empower our entire team to understand each child’s behaviour as communication, focusing on identifying their individual needs and ensuring they feel secure, settled and ready to learn.
