Nurture Group - Learning Support Assistant job summary

The Headteacher and Trust School Champions wish to appoint a professional, hard working and friendly individual to join our team.

Interviews will be held as soon as possible and the ideal candidate would be able to start in the new September Term. 

This is a fixed term post to 31.08.24.

The post would require candidates to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service check, and provide two references.


As a Learning Support Assistant you will work primarily in the school Nurture Group facility.

You will work directly with students across both Key Stages who experience a range of needs and challenges (social, emotional and behavioural).

You will assist the Nurture Group Leader to help reduce barriers to learning and to support students achieve their full potential.
