What skills and experience we're looking for
The Office / HR Manager is to make sure that the effective and efficient administration supports the strategic aims and day-to-day operation of the school and lines manages all administrators with the office operational function.
We are looking for a highly organised, friendly and professional Office/HR Manager to be the welcoming heart of our primary school. The successful candidate will have strong administrative and HR experience, a calm and proactive approach, and a genuine passion for working in an education setting. You will manage the day-to-day running of the school office, oversee HR processes, support staff and leadership, and ensure systems run smoothly and compliantly. Excellent communication skills, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle competing priorities are essential, as is a warm manner when working with children, families, and staff.
