We are looking for an Office Manager/Leader
Required for 23rd June 2025 – 37 Hours Per week 41 weeks per year (Term time plus 2 weeks in summer holidays)
Scale Point 18 – 23 £30,559- £33,366 per annum pro rata (£27,755.86 to £30,305.39 actual salary)

We now have a vacancy for an experienced school administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career to become the Office Manager/Leader. This could be an experienced school administrator or an accomplished office manager/leader, who is seeking a rewarding and developmental position in a school environment.
We are in a privileged position to be able to build this role around the specific skill set of the individual. Ideally, you will have experience of successfully leading an administration team with experience at front-facing elements of administration. You will be expected to engage directly with parents, teachers and students confidently to support them in their school journey. You will be passionate about working in education and have a will to make a difference by being flexible and adaptable in how you support the wider senior leadership team to best benefit our staff and students .

*Have relevant qualifications and GCSE English and Maths—Grade 4 / C or above
*Have excellent communication skills both written and verbally
