What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an organised and approachable Office Manager with strong financial, administrative and people management skills. You will be confident managing budgets and school systems, supporting recruitment and HR processes, and leading a busy office team. You will communicate well with families, staff and governors, handle confidential information carefully, and help the school run smoothly.
