Office Manager,Trinity High School & Sixth Form Centre

Salary: Scale 6 (pts 18–22)

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only + 15 days

Start date: As soon as possible

Trinity High School & Sixth Form Centre is seeking a highly capable, organised and proactive Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the school office. This is a pivotal operational role with responsibility for reception and administration, daily staff cover, whole-school ownership of Bromcom, operational ownership of the Single Central Record, line management of reception, administration and first aid staff, and coordination of the school’s social media and website.

Working hours

Monday–Thursday: 07:30am - 3:30pm

Friday 07:30am - 3:00pm

(30‑minute unpaid lunch break)

Closing date: Friday 25th September 2026, 10am

Interview date: To be confirmed
