Office Support Assistant job summary

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has some previous office, customer service, or administrative experience and is keen to build a long-term career within an office environment. We are looking for a positive and proactive individual who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general office and reception support to the team
  • Managing emails, telephone enquiries, and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Preparing documents, reports, and other administrative paperwork
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations and school activities
  • Assisting with scheduling and other office tasks as required
  • Support in providing first aid (full training will be provided)

About you-

  • Some previous administration, office, customer service, or similar experience is desirable
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
