What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an Operations Director to manage the delivery of all non-academic operations for Poole High School. This role will be critical to ensuring that the operational functions of the school are delivered to a high standard.

- is a self-starter with ability to drive change to make processes more robust and/or efficient
- has excellent interpersonal skills and gravitas to interact with school and trust leaders on a regular basis
- has previous experience of line management of others
- has the ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
- may have previous experience of working in a school environment
- is proficient with Microsoft Office products
- has incredible moral purpose and a drive to deliver a world class education to young people
- will relish the opportunity to work at a strategic level
- will act as the schools’ lead on all non-academic issues
- will be the operational link between the schools and the strong Core Services team within the trust
- promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in accordance with our Safeguarding and Child Protection policies.
