Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to lead and coordinate operational services across two primary school sites. This is an exciting opportunity to work across two thriving schools within the Wellington Primary family. Located within the Tidworth and Ludgershall community, the role offers the variety and challenge of a multi-site position while enabling close collaboration between schools.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership, HR and administrative management skills, with the ability to drive efficiency, ensure compliance and build positive relationships with staff and stakeholders. You will be proactive, detail-focused and confident managing multiple priorities while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our schools. Experience in operations management, ideally within an educational setting, is desirable.
