Autism Outreach Service in North East Lincs
Outreach Teacher MPS + SEN point
16.75 – 32.5 hours per week / 39 weeks per year
Specialist Autism Advisor (Early Years and KS1)
Grade G6 - £ 15-18 £30,024 - £32,597(FTE)

Fixed Term – September 2025 – 31st August 2028

Working in collaboration, with North East Lincs Council, INSPIRE are seeking to appoint educational practitioners to deliver this new outreach service.
Responsibilities:
As a member of the outreach team, you will provide support and challenge to empower mainstream staff, in meeting the needs of children and their families. You will build the capacity and confidence of staff in teaching and learning approaches which break down barriers associated with a diagnosis of Autism, helping children fulfil their potential.
You should have:
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage your time effectively and work flexibly
- Evidence of appropriate current professional learning
- The ability to build relationships quickly
- A positive and caring approach and commitment to children
- Proven experience of impacting positively with children with autism and those with social communication differences
- Ability to plan and deliver training workshops to school and families and professional colleagues
- Have passion and motivation to make a real difference to the lives of children
- A clean driving license and your own transport
