We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced PA / Office Manager to join our Trust, working across All Faiths Children’s Academy and The Gordon Children’s Academy. The role provides administrative and organisational support to the Executive Headteacher, Headteacher and the academies both of which are located in Strood.

As PA and Office Manager will need to have the ability to cope with conflicting demands, deadlines and interruptions, whilst supporting staff in these two busy offices. You will have excellent administration skills, with a high level of efficiency, accuracy and confidentiality, and will be able to work to tight deadlines in a methodical manner observing confidentiality at all times. An ability to work with minimal supervision and direction as well as multi task and use initiative

As PA / Office Manager you will;

  • Be a proactive team player
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have a good knowledge of ICT.
  • Maintain information systems, databases and other associated records.
