Part - Time Administrative Assistant job summary

Within this role the successful candidate will provide essential administrative, reception and organisational support to ensure the smooth daily operations, acting as a key liaison between staff, parents and pupils. Responsibilities include managing front desk enquiries, maintaining electronic databases (SIMS), attendance tracking and other admin duties.

Essential skills required are:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentialiy at all times.
