Lightcliffe CE Primary School is a two-form entry school which has been at the heart of the community for over 150 years. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:
- Support pupil wellbeing by identifying and working with pupils needing pastoral support, creating and implementing tailored plans to help overcome barriers to learning
- Collaborate with staff and agencies by liaising with teachers, leaders, and external professionals to ensure consistent, effective support for pupils’ behaviour, attendance, and mental health
- Engage families and maintain records by building strong relationships with parents and carers, coordinating with services, and keeping accurate documentation to ensure holistic and sustained support
