Due to a member of our team being given promotion, we have a vacancy for a Pastoral Leader within our team. We require an inspiring and well-rounded individual to join the dynamic pastoral team, to promote high expectations and aspirations as well as support student engagement with learning. Working within the pastoral team means you will work alongside a strong team of staff led by a Key Stage Manager and supported by a SENCO, School Counsellor and Head of Well-Being and Integration. The role involves working in partnership with school leaders, classroom and non-classroom-based staff, parents/carers, students and other professionals to address barriers to learning and ensure that all students can engage with education. Timely and accurate record keeping is a vital part of this job role and you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. This role is suited to professionals with frontline experience of working with young people and proven experience of working in a collaborative environment.
