Pastoral Manager: Inclusion and Restoration job summary

The purpose of this role is to work with the existing Pastoral Team with a particular focus on supporting restorative approaches with students who are struggling to establish or repair relationships within the community. This new role is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to: • make a difference to the lives of students; supporting them, their families and our staff. • Join a successful and highly motivated team • Be in place at the start of this new venture and help shape the environment students will be supported in as well as developing systems and procedures. The successful applicant will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
