What skills and experience we're looking for
GCSE Maths & English (minimum)
Experience working with younger people aged 11-16
Experience supporting students with behaviour and/or attendance concerns
Confidence liaising with parents, carers and external agencies
Understanding of behaviour management approaches and how they are applied in a school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good written communication and ICT skills

We are seeking a Temporary Pastoral Manager – Isolation to lead the day‑to‑day operation of our school’s isolation provision. This is a key role for someone who can create a calm, structured and purposeful environment where students complete meaningful work, follow clear routines and are supported to reintegrate successfully.
