We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Student Wellbeing Co-ordinator to support students in improving behaviour for learning, engagement with school life, attendance, and overall pastoral care.

In this role, you will play a key part in promoting a positive learning environment by supporting students and their wider range of needs and concerns. This is a fantastic role where you will work proactively with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Heads of Year, other pastoral staff, teaching staff. This role requires you to engage with a range of external services and professionals with the aim of giving our most vulnerable children a safe and happy school life. Your work will enable students to engage positively with school and those in our community to flourish and grow.

You will also undertake the responsibilities of a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (Deputy DSL), working closely with the DSL to support the effective management of safeguarding across the school. This includes acting as a key point of contact for students, parents, and external agencies, ensuring that all safeguarding concerns are handled with care and professionalism.
