The Gateway Trust is seeking to appoint a Payroll Manager. This role is based at Romsey (travel between locations across the Trust may be required).
This role holds the responsibility of ensuring that the Trust payroll is run effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will:
- Desirable - hold a Chartered Institute of Payroll and Pensions (CIPP) qualified or equivalent payroll qualification.
- Essential - have evidenced experience of managing and delivering a full payroll service for multiple establishments
- Essential - have evidenced experience of using HR/Payroll software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail, numeracy accuracy and speed of input.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, motivated and resilient.
- Can work collaboratively with all members of the Trust HR/Payroll teams;
- Be enthusiastic about their own professional development.
