Your Role:
- Embed Vision: Collaborate with colleagues to integrate our shared vision, values, and Trust dividends.
- Maintain Records: Ensure accurate employee records through audits, scanning, and proper electronic filing.
- Meeting Support: Provide precise note-taking and minute transcribing at meetings.
- Drive Improvement: Contribute innovative ideas for continual improvement in meetings.
- Enhance Recruitment: Support Recruitment Partners and People Partners to deliver an excellent candidate and new employee experience.
- Ensure Compliance: Assist with safer recruitment tasks, including reference requests, DBS applications, and overseas checks.
- Additional Tasks: Engage in other exciting People/HR related tasks. Check out the role profile for more information.
