About You:

Your Role:

  • Embed Vision: Collaborate with colleagues to integrate our shared vision, values, and Trust dividends.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure accurate employee records through audits, scanning, and proper electronic filing.
  • Meeting Support: Provide precise note-taking and minute transcribing at meetings.
  • Drive Improvement: Contribute innovative ideas for continual improvement in meetings.
  • Enhance Recruitment: Support Recruitment Partners and People Partners to deliver an excellent candidate and new employee experience.
  • Ensure Compliance: Assist with safer recruitment tasks, including reference requests, DBS applications, and overseas checks.
