Personal Assistant to Executive Headteacher job summary

We are looking for a reliable, conscientious and adaptable PA, with excellent organisation skills to provide professional and administrative support to the Executive Headteacher, so they can provide the highest possible standard of professional leadership and maintain a positive profile both inside and outside the school.

This is a fixed term opportunity for 12 months, working on a “term time plus” contract, and the successful candidate will work 42 weeks per year. The postholder will work with the Senior Leadership Team to provide administrative support. prepare accurate reports, documentation and meeting minutes, and assist with project management work.

You will be a good team player, with strong communication skills, able to prioritise tasks in order to meet deadlines. Ideally you will hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ / SVQ in Business and Administration (Level 3 or 4), and demonstrable experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative capacity.
