- Full time, part time: At least 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, flexible within the school day, Mon-Fri) This role can be completed as an apprenticeship on 30 hours per week. More hours may be available for suitable candidates, to make this a full time role, if willing to take on other duties in school. Support staff roles are 38 weeks per year (term time).

What skills and experience we're looking for
Torquay Boys’ Grammar School is looking to appoint an organised, efficient, and reliable team player to assist in the science department as a technician (primarily within Physics, but as part of a wider team). This may suit someone with previous technician experience, or someone looking for an apprenticeship to develop skills in this area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of scientists who love their subject and engaging students in a hands-on approach to discovery.
