Trinity Academy Post 16
Post 16 Teaching & Learning Support Practitioner - Full time (37 hours Monday to Friday) Term time only plus 10 additional days, N5 SCP13 - 17 £29,064 - £31,022 pro rata £25,598 - £27,323 per annum
We are looking for friendly, approachable and calm individuals to join our team as teaching & learning support practitioners. Previous experience of working in an SEMH environment and managing pupil behaviour would be an advantage.
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate that they can build and maintain successful working relationships with learners and treat them consistently and with respect and consideration.
Ideally you will have or be working towards NVQ level 2 or 3 for Teaching Assistants or have an equivalent qualification or experience.
A minimum of Level 2 Basic Skills in Literacy and Numeracy is required for this role.
