Liskeard School and Community College is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Premises Manager with good management and building experience to be responsible for the upkeep of the Liskeard School site. The role is responsible for the management of compliance, supervision of works, planning of maintenance and security of buildings and grounds, and the supervision of the site team.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent planning and communication skills with the experience to help deliver an excellent service as part of a wider estates team.

We are looking for someone with:
- excellent building/maintenance experience
§ excellent organisational skills
§ excellent interpersonal/communication skills
§ a desire to complete all jobs to the highest of standards
§ a working knowledge of health and safety requirements
