Premises Manager (Small Schools Team) job summary
The main purpose of this job is to
be responsible for premises management of the small school sites
line manage premises or associated staff e.g. caretakers, cleaners etc.
ensure Health & Safety compliance to meet legislative requirements
arrange and/or monitor performance of external contractors on site
Depending on your location, you may be based in one of our small schools but this role is mainly a mobile role and you will be required to travel as part of the role. There is a trust vehicle provided with this role, which must be parked on Trust premises overnight. You may also be required to support across any other school in the Trust as the need arises, but your responsibility is primarily for our smaller schools,
There are 17 schools within Dartmoor Multi Academy Trust, 3 secondary and 14 primary schools.
