  • Teamwork: A collaborative spirit is essential, and you will need to demonstrate your ability to work effectively as part of a committed team. You will work closely with other teachers as well as support staff to create cohesive lesson plans and provide seamless transitions for our learners.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must possess QTS and a firm understanding of the national curriculum. Your expertise will guide our students through their educational journey, ensuring they achieve their potential.
  • Read Write Inc. (RWInc): Familiarity with RWInc is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a Mixed Age Class: Experience working in a mixed-age class is advantageous. You should be confident in your ability to differentiate teaching and effectively engage students across various ages and abilities.
  • Federated School Participation: Flexibility is critical, as you may be required to work at our federated school. This collaborative approach is aimed at enhancing educational outcomes and sharing best practices across the federation.
  • Support in STEM, Communication, Church and Living Well or Our World Team: A willingness to support within either our STEM, Communication, Church and Living Well, or Our World team across the federation is essential and will depend on your experience and interest. Your enthusiasm for these areas will contribute significantly to ourpupils'holistic development.
  • Christian Values: We seek a teacher who is sympathetic to our Christian values, particularly in the areas of Forgiveness, Friendship, and Respect. Your role will involve being a positive role model, reflecting our values in your teaching and interactions with pupils and staff.
