Primary Director of Curriculum job summary

The FCAT Primary Director of Curriculum is a new role within the trust to support the school improvement team to build capacity and add further expertise to the trust's team. Working with the trust’s Director of Primary; the role will involve working with our schools across the trust to enable improvements and developments in the quality of education, with a particular focus on EYFS, Primary and Transition into KS3. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the primary curriculum and a clear understanding of how pupils learn and develop. This expertise will be used to lead colleagues in their professional development and enable sustained improvements in their practice.
