Primary Director of Curriculum job summary

The FCAT Primary Director of Curriculum is a new role within the trust to support the school improvement team to build capacity and add further expertise to the trust's team. Working with the trust’s Director of Primary; the role will involve working with our schools across the trust to enable improvements and developments in the quality of education, with a particular focus on EYFS, Primary and Transition into KS3.

The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the primary curriculum and a clear understanding of how pupils learn and develop. This expertise will be used to lead colleagues in their professional development and enable sustained improvements in their practice.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
