We nurture individual achievements, balancing high academic aspirations with the understanding that happiness and wellbeing enable children to grow in confidence, develop a strong sense of responsibility and thrive.

Our core values are anchored in our vision that every child will SHINE: they will be Safe, Here, Inspired, Neighbourly, and Excellent in everything they set out to achieve. These values are deeply embedded in daily school life.

We are intensely proud of our vibrant, multicultural community, where families speaking many different languages and bringing rich cultural traditions deeply enrich our school family. As a school on the journey to becoming a Voice 21 Centre of Excellence, we pride ourselves on our commitment to ensuring all children learn to be effective communicators. They use these essential skills to improve their talking and enhance their learning through exploratory and presentational talk, alongside access to high-quality, firsthand experiences across the entire curriculum.

By joining Castercliff Primary Academy, you will become part of a supportive and dedicated team and Trust. We collaborate closely with colleagues at Pendle Primary Academy and Casterton Primary Academy, as well as the two secondary academies in the Pendle Education Trust, which provides excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.
