What skills and experience we're looking for
Skills & Experience needed:
- The role involves working under the direct instruction of teaching, usually in the classroom, to support access to learning for pupils and provide general support to the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom
- It is essential that you have at least GCSE Grade D-G or Functional Skills Level 1 or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent); have an awareness and understanding of classroom roles and responsibilities; and experience of working with or caring for children of relevant age.
