We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Progression to Higher Education Advisor to provide high-quality, impartial guidance to learners progressing to university. You will support Level 3 and Access to HE students through the UCAS process, delivering one-to-one guidance and group workshops to help them make well-informed and realistic progression choices.
In this role, you will manage UCAS applications, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate tracking systems while working closely with curriculum teams and the Futures Team. You will also contribute to events, outreach activity, and the promotion of higher education across the college. The ideal candidate will be a graduate or have direct experience of higher education, with a strong commitment to supporting young people and adult learners in achieving their progression goals.
