We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist & Admin Assistant to the Deputy Headteachers to join our friendly and dedicated team at Caludon Castle School.

This key role combines providing a professional, efficient and welcoming reception service with delivering high-quality administrative support to the Deputy Headteachers. As one of the first points of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors, you will play an important part in creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our school.

We are seeking an organised, adaptable and highly professional individual with excellent communication and administrative skills. You will be confident dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, managing competing priorities and maintaining a calm and approachable manner in a busy school environment. Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is essential, and experience within a school setting would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office applications, excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Most importantly, you will be committed to providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the school.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team, with opportunities to develop new skills and gain experience across a range of school administration functions.

We have a strong commitment to staff wellbeing and recognition through our wellbeing committee and people strategy and offer a range of benefits including the Local Government Pension Scheme, Westfield Health Care Plan, cycle-to-work scheme, discounted gym membership, and an employee discount scheme.

If you have the enthusiasm, professionalism and commitment to make a positive contribution to our school community, we would love to hear from you.

If you would like to arrange a visit to the school, please contact Stacy Hands.
