What skills and experience we're looking for
- Relevant qualification to support the role: a role related Level 3 qualification is desirable
- Expert level IT and a/v skills including proficiency in a range of IT programmes and equipment use that are required for this role; knowledge of MIS systems is desirable, particularly SIMS
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct others or respond appropriately to others even in pressurised situations
- Previous experience of reception and administration work
