We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised individual to join our team at Clevedon School as a Receptionist/Administration Support. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth running of our school’s front office and providing a welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Your Role in Building Brighter Futures
As Receptionist/Administration Support, you will:
- Greet visitors and ensure safeguarding protocols are followed.
- Provide efficient administrative support to school staff.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Undertake filing, photocopying, and general office duties.
- Support the safeguarding team by cross-referencing the Single Central Record (SCR).
- Promote health, safety, and security in the workplace.
What You’ll Bring to Futura
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a good standard of education, including GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above).
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Is highly organised and able to multitask effectively.
- Has good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and MS Office.
- Operates with integrity and is committed to professional development.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting a team.
Experience in a front-of-house role or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
