Receptionist/Administrator job summary

Rushbrook Primary Academy is a member of the Bright Futures Educational Trust family of schools. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique trust that is committed to improving life chances for children through an enhanced education offer. Our recent Ofsted inspection in June 2024 graded the school Good in all areas.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic receptionist with administrative duties, to provide a customer focused and efficient reception service to visitors, pupils, staff, parents and telephone callers and to present a welcoming and professional image of the school and Trust. This post requires excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Experience of working in a school office and knowledge of school systems is essential.

The post is fixed term until 31st August 2025
