Receptionist job summary

We are seeking an efficient and professional individual to join our busy administrative team. Duties will include answering the telephone, acting as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors, and providing secretarial support. Working as part of a friendly, proactive and committed team, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an adaptable and flexible approach to their work and will also need to have the necessary skills required to deal with our challenging students.

The role will involve using ARBOR and requires excellent ICT skills.

Numeracy and literacy skills to NVQ level 2 or GCSE grades: A-C/9-4 are required for this position.

Excellent administrative and ICT skills are desirable.
