As a Receptionist/ Office Administrator, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, pupils, students, and staff, offering a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team and teaching staff, ensuring smooth school operations.
  • Maintain and update student records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for both staff and parents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Support the preparation of documents, letters, and other materials for staff and parents.
  • Help maintain the school's filing system, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access to important documents.
  • Coordinate and assist with school events, including parent evenings and special activities.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Assist with general office duties as needed, contributing to a positive and productive school atmosphere.


Position Details:

  • Contract: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only.
  • Hours: Monday – Friday 08:45-15:45 with a 30-minute lunch per day
